By accessing or using the website CSSCraft (https://csscraft.net) and its design generators, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately cease use of the website.

2. Intellectual Property & Generated Code License

You own all CSS code you generate. All CSS styles, color values, gradient sequences, and exported PNG graphics created by users through CSSCraft are 100% royalty-free. You are free to use, modify, distribute, sell, and incorporate all generated code into personal, open-source, educational, and commercial projects without attribution or licensing fees.

The CSSCraft brand name, logo, site design, illustrations, and source software are the exclusive intellectual property of CSSCraft and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or excessive querying designed to impair website infrastructure.
  • Re-host or mirror the website in its entirety under a deceptive domain without written consent.
  • Attempt to bypass security headers or tamper with website assets.

4. Accuracy & Browser Compatibility

While we strive to ensure that all generated CSS code strictly adheres to current W3C standards and modern browser specifications, CSS features (such as backdrop-filter or border-image) may render slightly differently depending on user hardware, operating systems, or specific browser versions. We provide our tools "as is" without warranty of guaranteed visual parity on obsolete browsers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CSSCraft or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to code errors, loss of revenue, or layout disruptions in downstream applications.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of CSSCraft after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
